Processing Times
- Orders are processed within 1 - 3 business days.
- Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.
- You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order ships.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
- Every order is qualified for Free Shipping.
- Estimated delivery times:
- Domestic (AUS/Local): 3 - 7 business days
- Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays.
Order Tracking
- A tracking number will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.
- Tracking updates may take 24–48 hours to appear.

Incorrect Address or Delivery Issues
- Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.
- We are not responsible for packages delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.
- If a package is marked as delivered but not received, please contact the carrier first and then reach out to us.
Lost or Damaged Packages
- If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product.
- For lost packages, please reach out to us and we’ll work with the carrier to resolve it.
Split Shipments
- Your order may arrive in multiple packages to reduce delays or if items ship from different locations.
Pre-Orders & Backorders
- Pre-order or backordered items will ship as soon as they’re available. Estimated ship dates will be provided on the product page or via email.
Changes or Cancellations
- If you need to change or cancel your order, contact us within 12 hours of placing it. We can’t guarantee changes after processing begins.
